The medical system here is very bad. They say that if the doctor does a check up then you will have to take medicines here also, even if it costs Rs. 10,000, otherwise you will not get a number in the next visit. The patient is being taken to some different doctor without even showing him.

This medical shop is useless and the workers here are very dirty and their behavior is bad, if the patient does not take the medicine there then the doctor does not even write the name of the visit, now what should the poor do.

Very bad medical not treating people well and very bad behavior with patient...this should be closed...

Doctor Lalan is best doctor for Gastroenterology. Their staffs are all good in behaviour and helpfull

Rude, unprofessional, and unethical staff. They take advantage of the patients' urgency in order to abuse their contract with the doctors. These people will drum up any excuse to harass the patients. Even something as trivial as whether or not a perfectly serviceable bank note is acceptable or not. Who, when reporting for a medical consultation, has the time or patience to argue over such trivial matters? And thus they get their way. They snatch away the prescription the moment it is handed to the patient, and only return it after you have agreed to pay them for the medicines and the tests, even if you already have a place you personally prefer for these purposes. Not that their pathology is among the best or anything. Their test results vary when compared to reputed path labs such as Dr. Lal, Apollo, or Medicare. And their lack of business ethics is so great, tha if you refuse to buy their meds and take their tests, they will ask you to go see a different doctor. If such people are eligible to run a business, who isn't? Oh, and I can see that they have threatened someone with the exact same complaint with a legal notice, claiming that this isn't what they do. Make of that what you will. And if anyone's wondering, they put a cross on your prescription when they ask you to go elsewhere, so don't be cowed by threats of legal notices or whatever. What're they gonna do? Swallow their own words and welcome you back?
