Never gather information from just dail is helpless, unhygienic chamber, unprofessional staff, rude receptionist. Took an appointment on line which was later denied, lady at counter is ready to argue then providing assistance. Visit hour provided online is not correct. People visit doctor's chamber for medical attention, service is chargeble. Its more like doing a favor attitude here, not bearable.

One of the best Doctor at Alipurduar, very known and a kind person to deal with, his honeaty and dedication towards patients is remarkable. His LAB is also famous for quick test and result.

Misbehaves with patients quite often, yes it is the doctor about whom I am talking about. He thinks he is almighty and his patients are his servants. Don't forget to remind this guy that it is us who pays for his living, not the other way around. One should always respect doctors but not at the expense of misbehavior.
