Dr. Ahan Hospital and Diagnostic Centre

I had taken a prior appointment for an ultrasound through a phone call. Your hospital representative had clearly informed me that my appointment was scheduled for 16-07-2025 at 2:00 PM. Based on this confirmation, I visited Ahan Hospital on time at 2:00 PM sharp. To my disappointment, despite having a scheduled appointment, I was made to wait for over 3 hours. There was no proper communication, coordination, or assistance from your staff during this time. The behavior of the reception staff and the way patients were being ignored was extremely unprofessional and disheartening. Such treatment is unacceptable, especially in a healthcare facility where patients expect timely attention and respectful service.

Doctor Anamika Dixit is very good and some members of staff are okay, but some are not so okay.. Moreover, it took them 2 hours to give report to us,but on the other hand they had given reports to some other person in just 20 minutes..

Great services from their behalf dr anamika was very professional in being a liaison between the employees and once hospital

Diagnostic system is not good. There is no proper management of ultrasound appointments. Staff behaviour is very poor. Don't suggest to go at Ahan Diagnostic. Sunday majboori hoti hai kyoki aur diagnostic center band hote hain.
