I had a very disappointing experience at Lela Skin Care Hospital. Despite all the online hype and marketing, the reality was far from professional or satisfactory. The staff seemed disorganized and untrained, and there was a lack of clear communication throughout my treatment. The dermatologist barely spent five minutes with me, and I felt rushed and unheard. On top of that, the treatment they recommended didn't help at all--in fact, my skin condition worsened. When I tried to follow up, getting a response was almost impossible. No one took accountability, and I felt completely neglected as a patient. Considering the high prices they charge, I expected much better service and results. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone looking for genuine skincare treatment. There are far more competent and caring clinics out there.
