    Doctor treatment seems fine in the cardiology department, but there's a serious issue with the way ICU patients are managed. Doctors come only briefly, check reports, and leave -- the rest of the time, it's only the nurses who handle everything. Unfortunately, the nursing staff's behavior is extremely disappointing. They mock and disrespect both patients and attendants, which is highly unprofessional, especially in such a sensitive unit like ICU. This kind of behavior is mentally disturbing for the patient. My grandmother was in tears due to their treatment -- she even refused to take medicines from them, and eventually, we had to request a shift from ICU to the general ward just to give her peace of mind. A hospital is not just about treatment -- compassion, patience, and respect are equally important. I hope the management takes this seriously and ensures the nursing staff, especially in the cardiology ICU, are trained for better communication and empathy.

    I visited Krishna Hospital on March 10, 2025. They charged 600 for the slip, but the 3-hour wait they promised turned into 5 hours, and my turn still didn't come. I only went to get a list of capsules written, the patient wasn't even brought to the hospital, yet they made me wait this long and took the money. If it takes this much time just to get a capsule list, I can't imagine what would happen to a patient who comes here for treatment. When I asked in the ward, the staff was extremely rude and ignored me. If they're charging so much, why don't they invest in facilities and staff? No proper seating in the waiting area, no timely service. They're just fooling people and making money. A terrible experience--please improve.

    I went to this hospital for my father's treatment who is an ex serviceman to see an Orthopaedic doctor. The desk staff lady was very rude and was not professional in her work she was letting other staff in and not going through the number system.Since this hospital was in panel and nearby we have to go to this hospital. Moreover, the atmosphere of the hospital is worse than any govt. Hospital in Haldwani.

    I have lost my wife during delivery of my child. Hospital staff and doctors were not efficient to manage c-section operation. Due to severe bleeding and careless of doctor and hospital I have lost my wife's life. Within 24 hours of delivery my wife didnot survive. I strongly not recommend anyone to have a treatment under this hospital and doctor. Very shameful act from this hospital and doctor over here . Such a careless hospital ever I have seen . Everyone please be aware don't visit here else be at risk.

    This hospital is the worst hospital in whole haldwani If you want have treatment for kidney and brain dont go for this hospital because thre are two doctor in this hospital Rohit Goel nephrologst and Rahul Singh for neurologist they both does not have knowledge in there field they are the worst doctor in this hospital if you want to have best treatment go for Ram Murti Bareilly is is not so expensive and the doctor are also good over there but don't go for Krishna Hospital

    The behaviour of the staff is one of the highlights. Everyone tries to help you in some or the other way possible. The treatment was done with the latest medical equipments and the doctors too always advise whats best for the patient. Special mention to the staff of building number 2 first floor and the patient coordinator Falak mam. All the doctors are very competent.

    first day the staff was very humble after that the doctor prescribed a CT scan and some other tests.when I got the tests reports her staff was met with doctor manmeet kaur and the staff was suggested to me all are normal and you take the three week medicine.but I wanted to meet doctor for my self satisfaction and I think all people wants to meet doctor for investigation of reports. meanwhile I requested to her staff for lots of time and I have waited 3 hours for just one minutes meeting. my suggestion is please be humble to all and try to satisfy the patient.time is very much precious for everyone.dont forget your primary job and I request to Dr. Manmeet Kaur ma'am please guide your staff to bring the report with the patient and his/her relatives during report investigation for better satisfaction of patient. staff team please understand the value of time.it's not good for 3 hours waiting for just 01 minutes meeting.for better environment of hospital staff is very much responsible. I hope next time any patients will not face this types of problems. Thankyou
