Dr. Brij Lal Hospital Haldwani

Very bad service. my company shared this hospital with me to visit for health checkup and when I came here they add my wrong name in appointment letter . After all medical report collecting and submit to one dedicated doctor . His receptionist sending her own relatives in the doctor's chamber for check up . Im waiting here from last 1:30 mint . And I know how much I have to wait here for meeting .. I feel very bad to visit here .. service is very slow and there are not following rules ..

Worst experience ever in this so called reputed hospital, instead of doctor students are attending serious patients with in the name of doctors. I'll never suggest anyone to visit here.

The best hospital in Uttarakhand, at par with Delhi & Mumbai Hospitals. I went for treatment & found it completely Digital & met leading specialised Doctors from all over India. They have latest equipment & is open 24*7 for emergencies.

Patients pay so much money for treatment in this hospital but the service provided by them is worse than a government hospital. I visited the hospital to visit the pulmonologist. I was recommended certain tests and asked to get my reports checked in the evening. The timing for the doc was 3 pm to 4, pm. I waited there for 1 hr and other patients also were waiting but doc Mukesh did not show up. Neither the hospital staff helped us. Wasting everyone's time after asking so much money. This is not the first time we are facing such delays. Previously I also had a similar experience. There are other hospitals in haldwani which u can go to. No need to waste your money here.

I have had a very good experience in Brij Lal Hospital, the staff here is very good, especially the behavior of the doctors is very good. This hospital is running from a long time by Doctor Ajay Pal Sir. The doctors look after the patients very well.
