I recently underwent hernia surgery at Max Hospital, and I am extremely satisfied with the overall experience. All procedures were carried out smoothly, and the level of care I received was exceptional. A special mention to the ICU staff and housekeeping team, who were truly outstanding. They assisted me with compassion and professionalism in every situation, making my stay comfortable and stress-free. My heartfelt thanks to Dr. Painuly Sir, who performed my surgery with great expertise. He visited me twice after the operation, showed genuine concern for my recovery, and provided thoughtful guidance for my future health. I had my mother surgery for Endometriosis Cyst from Dr. Saurabh Tiwari. He is the best doctor I have met till now. He was Kind, supportive and pragmatic in approach. Initially we were quite nervous and septical about things. But the day we met him things became easy for us. His positive approach and quick decision making helped my mother a lot. Negatives/Areas for Potential Improvement: * Waiting Areas: The waiting areas, while clean, could have been more comfortable. * Limited Information for Visitors: It was a bit challenging to navigate and find my friend's room. Clearer signage and visitor information would be helpful. * Parking: The parking situation seemed a little congested, which could be an issue during peak hours. * Limited personal experience: As i was there as a visitor, I cannot comment on the quality of medical care. Overall: Max Hospital in Dehradun seems to be a well-equipped and generally clean hospital. However, my experience was limited to a visitor's perspective. Improvements in visitor information and waiting area comfort could enhance the overall experience. I cannot comment on the quality of the medical care provided. If you are going to this hospital as a visitor, be prepared for potentially difficult parking, and give yourself plenty of time to navigate the building. If you are going as a patient, this review will not be of much assistance.

My experience with the Max pharmacy in Dehradun has been entirely positive. The staff are completely knowledgeable which is not the case at every little chemist so I have encountered. More than that the pharmacist took extra time to help me with a specific problem I had with the packaging that the manufacture used. I highly recommend the place.

Max hospital give best treatment and facility to all patient and Emergency nursing and duty staff behave very well and make patient and attend comfortable. Emergency staff take care of patient as there on family. My experience was awesome and get best treatment and facility.Thanks to emergency staff.

Best place to take care of your health related issues in city. Very supporting office staff, qualified and experienced doctors, specialists, nursing staff to take care of patients admitted to hospital. Almost all departments of medical need, emergency, even some services at your door on call. Someone can book online appointment or consultation. Food served to in house patient is as per requirement of patient. Office staff cooperate for your health insurance approvals and bills settlement. Cleanliness and hygiene is best as per hospital standards.

We were under treatment for Herpes Zoster with Dr Vinay Kumar Sr Consultant Dermatologist. We received excellent treatment despite patient being an elderly person of age of 74 years He treated us with compassion and empathy. We wish him to continue treating patients for long and with the same attitude Best wishes
