Dr. Astha Hospital

Its the worst hospital I have ever visited mean no respect for patients and even not for visitors with them. Actually I visited there for A pancreatic duct stenting which is to be done by ercp (endoscopy).The doctors were too unprofessional that the photo clicked during endoscopy were taken by the GDA Staff (Cleaning staff) .The endoscope was inserted in patients stomach without any gel ,lox or anything. Actually when they start doing they were not quite sure that will succeed in it .But they still do so. Once they get confirmed that they can't perform that procedure, to just make money they do an another endoscopy . Mean just for money you will play with patients. After all this ends they forcefully inserted oxygen pipes in my nose when even it was not needed Overall its the worst hospital I have ever visited.

Staff and doctor both are very rude. Bad is an understatement for the experience we have had in this so called hospital. So we were referred from Max hospital for a test called pH manometry in this nursing home. First of all the staff they confirmed a time with us, called us multiple times that Dr is waiting and when we arrived they said you wait here for some time without actually giving us a tentative time as to when the Dr will arrive. Cleanliness is compromised in that place. Mosquitoes and more mosquitoes. And that too in this ongoing dengue season. The girl on reception is certainly immature and doesn't even know how to handle people. She was literally fighting with us like she's in some fish market. The Dr himself didn't complete the test which was actually written by the Max dr., and on top of that he actually suggested the very test which he was asked to do as a follow up. When we showed the reports to the Surgeon at Max, he said the test is incomplete!! Now had it been a simple blood test we wouldn't mind that much but considering how painful it canbe to have two tube one in your mouth and one in your nose without any anesthesia we were very agitated. So I would urge one and all to not visit this nursing home under any circumstances. This is a case of medical negligence. Please kindly go through all the reviews there's a reason why it has a poor rating. I ignored it was a big mistake. But I'm writing this long review for a future reference.

I don't know what kind of hospital is this rude behavior of Doctors and staff. And security guard also have no etiquette how to talk how to behave. Worst Hospital Ever.

Conclusion: This hospital has the worst behavior from Dr. P.K. Agarwal and the reception staff. I have never encountered such a rude doctor in my entire life. Dr. PK Agarwal behaves more like a businessman than a doctor. His attitude is completely money-oriented and he lacks any sympathy for the patients. He should first learn how to deal with a patient. Having a medical degree is not enough, he must also learn some etiquette if he wants to work in such a respected field. I have met many doctors in my life, and all of them were much more polite and sincere than Dr. Agarwal. Additionally, the reception staff is very unprofessional, always being on calls or social media and ignoring the patients. Furthermore, the hospital doesn't provide parking for visitors' vehicles, while all the staff can park their vehicles inside the hospital. Instead, visitors must park their vehicles outside the hospital in the Nagar Nigam parking.

Such worst hospital .all staff having no manners to talk to patient and patient family.even they are not listening patient problem what patient feel .they only showed nobody has knowledge like them and doctor have no manners to talk patient and patient family they behaved like uneducated person...such worst experience with astha hospital they are not understad any emergency .Dr not visiting patient on time also Dr not come in hospital on hospital. think before to visit ballupur astha hospital dehradun

Nursing staff is too good and Dr too .But I have a complain to manager of this hospital that plz check every room and maintain all the things is working or not because some of flush is not working and water heater also and hang plz any room fresher also . And Dr give treatment too good my aunt admit her after 2 years so u can think how good they give treatment to the bed patients also .And I have a request also plz change dress code of Nursing staff also that your staff look smart and tide also.
