Dr. Heritage Hospitals Varanasi

A fraud hospital. The doctors, nurses and all the staff are unprofessional and lack basic knowledge. The junior doctor doesn't even know any medicine is being given to the patient. If your patient is covered under any insurance then they will keep the patient under heavy drugs and treat them like the patient is critically ill. I never understood the reason why the billing team didn't hand over the MRI and Scans ? I have a lot of complaints about this hospital. There was a lady patient with chs card and she was admitted for some normal health issues and with incorrect treatment she was diagnosed with mental and brain related issues. I wouldn't recommend this hospital to anyone.

Extremely Disappointing Experience with Nephrology Department at Heritage Hospital We had one of the worst experiences at Heritage Hospital, specifically with Dr. M.N. Singh, Consultant Nephrologist. His unprofessional behavior and complete disregard for patients' time and well-being are unacceptable. Despite having a scheduled appointment, he was not present in his cabin during his allotted consultation hours, and we were forced to wait for over two hours with a 75-year-old elderly patient. There was no communication, no apology, and absolutely no support from the hospital staff in addressing this issue. It reflects a shocking lack of professionalism, empathy, and accountability--especially from someone in such a critical medical specialty. Heritage Hospital may have a good reputation for cardiology, but the nephrology department is a disgrace, and Dr. M.N. Singh sets a poor standard with his careless and arrogant attitude. He is neither punctual nor respectful toward patients and this kind of behavior is not just disappointing, it's dangerous. To the hospital administration, We are paying our hard-earned money to get timely, respectful, and professional medical care. This is not charity--we deserve better. Strict action must be taken against such irresponsible consultants. Avoid the nephrology department at all costs.Heritage Hospital is NOT recommended for nephrology-related issues. Choose this place only for other specialties--not for kidney care.

I am sharing my experience in heritage hospital was worst . Today I come MRI section . It was unavailable equipment and not proper hospitality. Crew member was not thinking about patient. Patient was fasting whole day . Then When my turn came there was no medicine . Delayed more and more

Very good treatment received from Dr. Rajhans . We came here the complaint of hit stroke of my elder brother. After treatment he is perfectly fine now. Take care of patient was very good. Good hygiene. Very good nursing care and staff behaviour. Highly recommend.

Very good care received of my patient. Facilities are good. We are very happy. My son was admitted here under Dr. Shwetabh rai in malviya ward 304.

All facilities and staff behaviour is to good, Our Doctor is Mr. R. S. Pradhan, their tritment is excellent but my compliant for this hospital. 1. Hospital staff are stealing our medicine. I catched them said then he returned my medicines. dt. 23/06/2025 to 30/06/2025. 2. He said 2 Unit blood for the operation of my father but after operation no any need of blood, but I was allready submitted my own blood. At the time of discharge when I ask for my blood they are deny for any card or other, they said your blood only for your father if they have no any requirement then you blood expired after 35 day. Very poor department of blood center.they give me a cut of paper to my blood no any hospital stamp or legal papers. I was referring by Hindalco Renukoot.

I have visited heritage Lanka hospital for health checkup , lot of crowed , some one told me to meet Madam Sonali , once I meet with her , she have given enough confidence, she will take care on all process and this should happen fast , she have done all places booking him self for my test , every thing gone very well , I have started by11 am and completed even dr consultation by 4 pm , she have guided on every step to make thing faster and easier , good experience under her guidence , if she is first point of contact for premium Health checkup , she can add the great value to organization . Generally customer miss guided after seeing the crowed on every counter , for health checkup .
