My Experience at Galaxy Hospital I had a very positive experience at Galaxy Hospital. The staff treats patients with great care and respect. A special thanks to Gopal Tripathi, who was extremely supportive and helpful during my visit. From the doctors to the nurses and other staff members, everyone shows a genuine helping nature. Their kindness and attention made me feel truly cared for. I'm really thankful for their support and would definitely recommend Galaxy Hospital to others.

At pharmacy they are busy in gossip and deliberately delay the billing . If you check most of the times they bill with wrong mrp or batch no... My Patient was there for 3 days , whenever I went for medicine all the pharmacy staff were unprofessional and they don't care about you. They irritate you by delaying and wasting your time. Else drs and nursing staff and cleaning staff their works are appreciable.

My experience with this hospital has been extremely disappointing. They often prescribe wrong treatments and medications without properly diagnosing the actual illness. Shockingly, regardless of the condition, they tend to prescribe psychiatric medicines. Especially Dr. B.D. Tiwari appears to be highly unqualified and lacks proper understanding and behavior expected from a medical professional. The hospital's management and services are also very poor. I strongly advise others to think carefully before choosing this hospital for treatment. I do not recommend it at all.

Pathetic management. They don't even know anything about management. Staff's behaviour is too bad. Adding extra cost just by seeing corporate background. Even government hospitals are having better facilities and management. Really bad experience. Don't want to give a single star. I'll recommend to avoid this hospital and choose a good one.

I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction and serious concern regarding the recent experience my family and I had at your hospital. The level of care and professionalism displayed by some of your doctors--specifically Dr. Vineet, Dr. A.P. Pandey, and Dr. V.K. Singh--was shockingly poor. Not only was their behavior careless and inattentive, but it also raised serious concerns about patient safety and ethical medical practice. To make matters worse, we were overcharged without clear justification. Despite requesting transparency in billing, the responses we received were vague and dismissive. It is disheartening to see such a lack of empathy and accountability in a place meant for healing and support. Given the circumstances, I would strongly urge you to review the conduct of the mentioned doctors and initiate an internal inquiry into the billing process and overall patient care. No one should have to experience such treatment--especially when entrusting their loved ones to your care.
