Dr. Khan Clinic (Dr.A.A.Khan)

I got few concerns over staff/management. No proper appointments, lack of trained staff, no seating arrangements for patients, no parking space(manageable) available. Seems like management got labours and trained them for medical work. Staff people are gutkha wale bhaiya. Funny thing is there is note on wall for fine on gutka guys. You need full day for consutation. Here is full day pain/plan. - Reach the clinic around 8AM. - Get appointment. - Good thing doctor will be on time. - You have to be in the pool of patients where no seating arangement. - Wait near doctors cabin only to listen to your appointment. - Waiting not near doctors cabin means your number is gone. - Get into doctors cabin on your call and you may find multiple patients still inside the doctors cabin. - You may get more consulation from staff than the doctors. - Doctors asks for xray, or any checkup. - Get another appointement for xray or checkup. Staff might be busier than doctor. As no proper appointment system here so you may have to wait for 1 hour minimum for your number. - No proper holder for xray/consultation papers provided. Instead they promote polythene. - Get checked the reports/xray again. There could be nurse or junior doctor for this. - You wont get medicines outside pharmacy. So you have to get it in their pharmacy. - For getting medicines get at least 3 hours. Again same type of appointment. - To get checked timings for meds, again get more time. - Back to home at 5-6PM Its 8-5 job. In this time you may go Lucknow and get back(Ye mt bolna - Fir chale jaao na Lucknow. Huhh). I just dont want to critisize. But wanted to highlight time taken in consutation due to mismanagement. Sorry but this is the harsh truth. If by any chance doctors read this comment. Then mangement needs your attention. Needs trained staff. Which can manage and help poor patients. Hope management gets better. Then it will be stress free for patients doctors and staff. Thanks!

I recently got treatment from Dr. Juveria. She is a good gynecologist who listen their patients problems patiently. She did fabulous job for my disease only in two months.

My experience at Khan Clinic was very good. Dr. AA Khan has no match for the treatment of TB disease in Sitapur. And it is the fortune of Sitapur that they have got the only gastrologist in the form of Dr. Ahraz Ahmad Khan. Many of my acquaintances who were suffering from hepatitis B and C are absolutely fine. There is very cheap and best facility of endoscopy here, otherwise earlier people had to go to Lucknow for endoscopy, which was very costly and troublesome.

Dr. Juveria is an exceptional doctor. She is highly knowledgeable,good listner and provides excellent care. Her patients feel confident and well-cared for under her expertise.

I recently got treatment from Dr.Juveria and I must say that she is best gynaecologist in Sitapur. She is very humble and listen to your problems very patiently. She is the go to doctor for all your major/ minor complications.

I am completely satisfied with the doctor. But I have given 1 star rating because there the person making the form talking to everyone in a rude manner, even if someone asks him by mistake, my number has come or not, just that man does not answer, misbehave It seems like you are deaf, will you be able to hear when it is spoken? According to us it is not right to misbehave with any patient in the hospital.

Dr. A. Khan is a excellent physician, it's rare to find such doctors now a days. Dr. Ahraz is equally competent, helpful and friendly & explained the treatment in a very clear manner. Their diagnosis and line of treatment is very effective, completely satisfied with the treatment. I would highly recommend ..
