I have never seen such a pathetic hospital in my life. There is no proper system in place, and the staff is extremely careless. The cleanliness is the worst. I complained about the cleaning at 12 PM, but it was done only at 9 PM after following up at least 10 times. Also, the patient is under the Ayushman scheme, so the medicines for such patients are supposed to be requested by the staff to the pharmacy for record purposes. The doctor wrote the prescription at 5 PM, but my child received the medicine only at 9 PM--and that too after I had to scold them. I strongly advise: Please do not come here and risk your patient's life.

My experience at United Medicity Hospital, Prayagraj was extremely disappointing and stressful. The hospital fails to provide even the most basic level of professionalism and cleanliness that one would expect. * Delayed Reports & Missing Tests Despite paying in full and submitting samples on time, the test reports were severely delayed, and to make things worse, Vitamin D and Vitamin B12 reports were missing entirely. Repeated follow-ups were met with vague answers and no accountability from the lab or front desk staff. This delay disrupted the treatment plan and caused unnecessary anxiety. *Hygiene & Washroom Conditions Are Pathetic The washrooms were in an absolutely unhygienic state -- dirty floors, no water, no toilet paper, and no soap. For a hospital claiming to be a multi-specialty facility, this is unacceptable. Cleanliness should be a minimum standard in any healthcare facility.

Very poor experience at United Hospital, Prayagraj. The place is not suitable for any kind of scanning or X-ray. There's no air conditioning in the waiting area, and patients are made to sit for long hours in discomfort. On top of that, the report delivery system is extremely slow. Even when departments have submitted their reports, the report counter delays handing them over -- often saying, "report hasn't come yet," even if it's already available. This kind of mismanagement causes unnecessary stress for patients. The hospital seriously needs improvement in both facilities and staff coordination. I hope coming days the management takes steps to improve basic facilities, especially for those coming for important diagnostic tests.

I had a very good experience visiting this hospital. The doctors and staff here are very well trained and experienced. Hospital is very big and has all the facilities with very clean and tidy private rooms and general wards. And the best thing about this hospital is that health cards like ayushman and pandit Deendayal are accepted and provided full cashless treatment here. I would prefer this hospital than any other money making hospitals in allahabad.

Patient recovery is not only depends on Doctor or Nursing Staff but it also depends on cleaning and hygenine of the Hospital. The common washroom (near Radiology department) condition of this Hospital is very very pathetic and horrible. I am not writing this review just because to down the image of this Hospital but i just wanted to bring this valuable point in management's eyes. I urge Management to not foucus only on marketing but also have a daily check on washroom. Thanking You

Sunch a pathetic and inhuman behaviour from the senior most team of Gynecologists.. how can a treating doctor takes their hands back from the situation.. inhumanty at its peak..it's all become a business for them.. creating a havoc and then abandoning the patient. Shame on the team.. u are considered as next to GOD pls.. try to become human first..

United medicity is one of the most emerging hospital in allahabad. They have good services. I went to the campus personally to have a look. The infrastructure is pretty amazing. Their University is also in the same campus. The staff is very supportive and the services are pretty good. It is situated some kilometres from Khelgaon school. Although it is located at the outskirts of the city but the area will develop very soon.

One of the town's worst hospitals. They don't give a damn about the person's health. My father was confined in the intensive care unit for two hours without receiving any treatment, and when I attempted to have him released, they refused. It took two more hours to discharge, and there was no ambulance available to transport my father to another hospital.
