My mother has been hospitalised several times in metro hospital. So I probably know best about the service and care they provide to patients. It was first time in 4 years of continuous treatment when doctors from different departments seemed very casual. With increasing cost of healthcare, the patients require holistic health and treatment. It was a bit disappointing from the doctors end specially nephrologist. Else the staff is extremely kind and courteous. Dieticians and hospitality department are very keen on serving you. Nurses are very attentive in this aspect, they care for each patient individually and are very supportive.

I had a very excellent experience with the hospital. The staff, the doctors, and the nurses all are very supportive and caring and they paid their full attention towards the treatment and care of the patient. I would recommend the hospital to all for any kind of heart surgery and treatment

Metro hospital doesn't have a self-service appointment process. Appointment is by telephone only. On the telephone, 1st person transferred me to 2nd person who transferred me to Bhaskar, Dr Lal's assistant. Bhaskar too transferred me to another person. Even Dr Lal's assistant is not responsible for appointments, not sure what Bhaskar's job is if not to give appointments. I was transferred 4 times. Thankfully there are other hospitals in Noida. As for metro hospital, their IT systems are very rudimentary
