Dr. Singhal helped my husband and me during covid times. We were new to Noida. When tested positive in April'21, we panicked. Consulted him through online videos. He used to calm us and gave medicines accordingly. Even while video consultation, he used to listen patiently to our problems, checked oxy levels and BP (we had those machines). Never wrote extra medicines. There was always a smile on his face which calmed us. If there was any problem, he was always available on whatsapp. Now he is our family doctor. Doctors like him are boon to the society.
