Dr. HMH HOSPITAL NAJIBABAD

The hospital used to be good--with well-behaved staff, responsible doctors, and decent facilities. But now, things have gone drastically downhill. The staff is highly unprofessional and untrained, and there's a clear shortage of them. Doctors do not provide full guidance or explain things clearly to the patients or their families. Facilities have become very poor--basic hygiene is lacking. Toilets are dirty and poorly maintained. There is no seated toilet on the ground floor, which is very inconvenient for patients. In the summer, there is no ventilation, no AC, and poor air circulation in patient areas. The hospital charges like a 4-star facility, but the services are not even worth 1 star. I hope the management takes these issues seriously and improves the situation. Patients deserve better.

No Doctor in this hospital this all about making money there are no facility for handicapped people and the structure of the building is very bad no fire exit no Lift facilities nothing in this building nothing the behavior of the management is very bad and the manager is very bad however there is no cleaning in the hospital all doctors are having beard when they are on round they no carry hair mask. Overall don't visit in this hospital . Thank you . I request to the Indian medical council need to be take a serious action on this hospital or the owner and managing staf and on the doctor also

Doctor is good and well behaved but manager and pharmacist are rude and pathetic. Staff is very irresponsible. Overall hospital is decent
