Extremely Disappointed with Hospital Services and Staff Behavior My father-in-law has been admitted here since the beginning of June, and our experience has been extremely distressing. What we expected was professional, specialist-led care -- what we received was completely the opposite. 1. Dr. Arjun Agarwal, introduced as a kidney specialist, is nothing more than a puppet of Dr. Akhil Kaushik. Instead of making independent decisions, he simply follows instructions given by Dr. Kaushik without showing any clinical judgment of his own. 2. In emergency situations, we found only general physicians present, with no nephrologists, cardiologists, or other specialists on call. 3. Patients and families are left helpless, with no clear communication, no reliable doctors, and no sense of urgency from the administration. NOTE: I strongly urge others to think twice before trusting this hospital with your loved ones' lives.

Doc Ankur Goyal is worst doctor I have ever visited for my treatment. He spoiled my case ,due to his negligence I am suffering so much. This doc and his physiotherapists(Harsh) are worst to treat their patients. They don't have any regrets that they spoiled someone's life. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. This doc wasted my 4 months and said you can never be normal like before. Due to his physiotherapist I had to go through my Quadriceps tendon tear(he was manually bented my knee after 85 degrees within 2 days and my quadriceps tendon tear happened). After this Doc don't told us what is happening. Literally never visit a Doc like Ankur Goyal. We visited Sai Hospital for treatment since 6 to 7 years but nothing wrong happened to us .But this time I have to suffer a lot due to this doctor's negligence .
