Due to my ear pain and infection, I had seen Nose, Ear and Throat Specialist Dr. Amit Kumar Agarwal on 03.04.2023. He advised me to get 4 injections along with medicines. I went to Gupta and Goyal Nursing Home to get injected the same evening, on the very first day I was injected there, a compounder or staff member administered that first injection and administered it very well, but I don't know his name, next morning I went there again to get injected. I was injected by a lady staff I did not feel any problem. But today when I visit for the last injection i enquired about that person who injected me on the very first day but the staff memeber didn't respond and one staff member came to me and said that I'll inject there will be no issue but still i asked for that person but anyhow he failed to find my vein he called another staff member named Rakesh and then he also get some difficulty to find my vein then I still ask for that person but Rakesh said to me don't worry i also know very well how to inject but he is not able to inject properly and I got so much pain in my vein and now I am having a lot of swelling too in my right hand. From my point of view the evening staff is uneducated and and don't have basic etiquettes too. Now I am having a lot of pain in my right hand . I would like to request the owner please change your staff and have member who have some little knowledge .
