    I recently underwent a CT Coronary Angiography at your facility, and I would like to express my appreciation for the excellent service and care I received throughout the process. From the initial consultation to the completion of the scan, the experience was smooth, well-organized, and professional. The staff was extremely courteous and reassuring, explaining each step clearly, which helped reduce my anxiety. The technicians handled the procedure with great skill and sensitivity, ensuring comfort and minimal discomfort during the scan. The facility was clean, modern, and well-equipped, and I was especially impressed with the clarity and quality of the imaging. The radiologist took time to explain the results in a way that was easy to understand, which gave me a lot of confidence in the diagnosis and next steps. Overall, I am very satisfied with the care provided and would highly recommend this center for anyone needing advanced cardiac diagnostics.

    I had a very disappointing experience at Healthcare Imaging Center. There was no proper queue system or display to show which number is being served. I waited for over 2 hours without hearing a single announcement. Meanwhile, I noticed that some people were getting preferential treatment -- staff were calling patients personally and allowing them in on an urgent basis, while others like me kept waiting silently. I finally waited nearly 3 hours, and when I asked for a refund, suddenly my turn was arranged immediately -- which clearly shows they could have done it earlier. The staff was not transparent or helpful in updating patients about the queue status. It felt very unorganized and unfair. This kind of mismanagement is not acceptable in a healthcare setup where patients often come stressed or in discomfort. Suggestions for improvement: Display screen for queue numbers Regular announcements or updates on queue status Equal treatment to all patients Professional and transparent staff behavior I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works to improve the experience for future patients.

    Read till end. Wrong report and Poor management No proper queue or display system, and no announcements. Registration and payment done at 9 am I got my turn at 2:10, although they had asked me to come between 12:30-1:00 pm and I was on time. Staff lacked transparency and the process felt unorganized. It is 4:10 pm already and I haven't got my test report yet. It consumed all my day. Finally I got the report but it is not correct. The CRL length shows in picture is 0.37 cm and it written in report 0.77 cm.

    The health care managing staff does not have control over doctor of radiology.they told tha ultrasound starts at 9am. But actually doctors come at 11:30am,then ultrasound starts. They have an habit to waste time of patients. Worst managing of staff.

    Worst Experience Ever at Health Care Imaging Centre! I had the absolute worst experience at Health Care Imaging Centre, and I would strongly recommend others to avoid it at all costs. My wife was experiencing severe abdominal pain due to what we believed to be bladder issues and possibly stones, so we went for a CT scan. From the moment we walked in, things went downhill. Firstly, after paying for the CT scan and they take us in CT scan room and they tried for CT-scan KUB and they told us there was "no pressure" in a very rude and dismissive tone(Note- patient was on cathetor). We were treated like we were wasting their time. To make matters worse, instead of performing the CT scan of the bladder second time, they did an ultrasound instead after 2.5 hrs--and guess what? Nothing showed up. They later pasted ultrasound pictures on the CT scan film, as if we wouldn't notice! My wife was on a catheter and in severe pain, struggling with constant discomfort, yet no one bothered to listen. She kept drinking water for hours hoping it would help, but no one cared to help us or explain what was going on. The lack of professionalism and empathy here is mind-boggling. When we called our hospital which referred us in health care then only they took us in ultrasound room instead of CT-scan again When the results came back, the doctor had the audacity to say everything was normal, despite the fact that my wife's pain persisted relentlessly. We left that place feeling helpless and frustrated. I couldn't bear to see her in so much pain anymore, so we rushed to Fortis Noida Hospital, where they did another CT scan. Lo and behold, the doctor immediately identified swelling in her bladder and sludge--the very issues we had been trying to get answers for at Health Care Imaging Centre. If they had just done their job properly in the first place, my wife could have been spared from days of unnecessary pain and discomfort. The incompetence and complete disregard for patient well-being at Health Care Imaging Centre is shocking. I sincerely hope no one else has to go through what we did. Save your time, energy, and money, and head to a reliable and professional facility where patient care actually matters. Because of their negligence, we wasted not only time and money, but also my wife's health and peace of mind. She suffered unnecessarily, and I feel terrible knowing that we could have avoided this entire ordeal. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs. Find a place where the staff actually cares about your well-being and does their job properly. Avoid at all costs!
