Very bad experience! The clinic requires patients to wait in line just to get a number and return later, which is highly inconvenient and inconsiderate for those who are unwell. They should start taking appointments over the phone and accept fees online to make the process smoother.

Extremely poor clinic management -- no proper time scheduling or appointment system. Patients are made to wait unnecessarily, often treated without dignity. It seems the focus is more on generating revenue through excessive scans and prescribing medicines from their own pharmacy, rather than on genuine patient care. There appears to be no value for doctors' ethics and no proper system in place.

I am requested to every person and patient is that not to visit and treatement to Dr prashant solanki, he is totally mad and only required money, and totally mismanagement with patient talking rud language

This doctor is more interested in lining their pockets than in providing actual care. They rushed through the appointment, barely listened to our concerns, and seemed more interested in ordering expensive tests than in offering a proper diagnosis. We left feeling frustrated and unheard, with more questions than answers. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone.
