Dr. Dhanvantri Jeevan Rekha hospital

My mother, Vibha Jain, aged 64, underwent kidney stone surgery on March 24, 2025, performed by Dr. Anil Elhence. She was discharged from the hospital on March 25, 2025. Given her age, my father requested the doctor to keep her in the hospital for an additional day for further observation. However, the doctor did not agree to this request. Afterward, my parents left the hospital and traveled back to our home in Nehtaur, which is about 100 km away (a 2.5-hour journey). Unfortunately, as soon as they arrived home, my mother passed away. I can't help but feel that if the doctor had agreed to keep her in the hospital for one more day, my mother might still be with us today. I believe that doctors and hospital management should take a more personalized approach, considering the unique needs of each patient and their family, rather than applying a one-size-fits-all policy.

The hospital has all the basic facilities like cantene,washrooms,drinking water etc. It has various types of machines also. The doctors are highly qualified and experienced . The consultation fee is between 700-1000.

No parking for four wheelers, even gaurds will not allow you to park in front of hospital Staff behaviour is substandard You will Walk from one gate to another, Gaurd will no open the gate will say , go to another Single remote for entire floor to operate TV as well AC TIP demand is extremely unbearable Canteen facility is very poor and too slow Cleanliness is not upto the mark

My experience in this Hospital was very good. The staff here is very cooperative and caring. The patient care here is very good and the team of doctors here is also of top doctors of Meerut. The mgmt here is also very good which takes immediate action on any complaint and gives priority to patient care.

Management is not good as they don't properly explain the surgery cost to the patient and attendant before surgery. Person in charge should focus on proper pre-op and post-op counselling. Doctors are very good in city.

Such a dirty, unorganised and pathetic excuse for a hospital. Mark my words - My flat and my house are like a 1000% cleaner than this mess The roofs keep pouring in rains There's a ton of mosquitoes always wandering around and nobody does nothing about it The washrooms are worst than a public toilet The staff is ultra careless even in the ICU In the times of crisis people of the administration don't wear their masks People are wandering in a hospital without masks and no one says nothing I strongly urge to not go to this place

Dr Anil allence did our cyst operation, very expert doctor and nice hospital. Very normal canteen rates and good food.
