City hospital mathura's best hospital with expert team and experience staff and all facilities are available under one roof mri ct scan x ray USG all good with I am happy with all facilities.

This is not a hospital, it's a hotel with best room facilities, they only give you good room services, but when it comes to the doctor, there they failed to provide good doctors, two times my mother admitted here and no doctor came to visit and check what happened to the patient. They just saw the iocl card and admitted the patient and charging the company. I will not recommend this hospital to anyone . Edit in oct 24- doctor services now improved so good

Overall, I had a positive experience. The hospital's facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and courteous. The nursing staff were attentive and responsive to my needs. However, there were some delays in getting test results. Despite these , I would recommend CIMS to others.

The reception person at entry level has no idea about the availablilty of doctors and lab technicians. I visited three times with in a span of one year in this hospital and every time I found there is lack of proper coordinations among department. If you come for multiple tests or consultations then definately the same will not be done in one day as some or other depatement staffd will not be available on that day. Of couse the hospitals staffs are good and polite but this is one of the most expensive hospitals of Mathura and such type of coordinations are not expected.

My wife Mrs. Radha devi, was admitted under Dr. S. K Gupta in CIMS hospital, during hospitalization everything was fine. We got the very good care from nursing and nicely take care by supportive staff. Doctors are very knowledgeable here. Each and everything is perfect

My patient, Mr. Devendra kumar singh, was admitted in CIMS hospital under Dr. Shiv Kumar Chahar, Urologist for surgery which was uneventful and successful. Dr. Shiv did surgery of my patient very nicely and politely. He us the best Urologist in mathura. We choose him rather than going to Delhi so he is very knowledgeable doctor

Review Title:Terrible Experience at CIMS Mathura Through ECHS - Exploitative and Negligent My younger sister was admitted to CIMS Mathura on 7th June under Dr. Shiv Kumar Chahar for kidney stones(4.3 mm & 5 mm). What followed was one of the most distressing and unprofessional experiences we've ever faced. Soon after admission, without our consent, she was rushed to the ICU while we were still completing paperwork. ECGs and other procedures began without any explanation. When we objected and questioned this, they allowed a shift to the semi-private ward only after learning about my father's rank in the military. Before that, 10-11 staff were hovering around her , the moment we declined ICU services, their interest and involvement completely vanished. The doctor only visited twice,once on Monday at 11 AM and the other time was when we insisted on discharge on 10th June at 1 PM. For three full days, no doctor checked on her despite repeated requests. She was in constant pain, and their only solution was to administer painkillers until she was numb. They changed her medication table twice, but offered no real treatment or solution. Rather, they tried every possible tactic to scare us into surgery, despite the stones being small enough to be treated conservatively. To make it worse, they conducted unrelated and unnecessary tests, clearly aimed at inflating the bill for ECHS reimbursement, exploiting the system meant to support veterans and their families. We felt emotionally harassed, medically neglected, and manipulated during the entire stay. The hospital may look good from the outside due to its hygiene and food, but don't be fooled ,the consultation, care, and ethics are deeply flawed. I urge fellow ECHS families and patients to stay away from CIMS Mathura, especially if you're under ECHS care. This place seems more interested in profit than patient care, and no one deserves to go through what my sister did, especially in pain and vulnerability.

Hospital is Good No Doubt good Facilities but as compared to NCR hospitals Charges of beds ICU,HDU,, General vard, test (CT scan ,MRI) and Medicine are so Costly etc. It is my suggestion for CIMS authority that control on charges. Improve towards parking Facilities to be provided by hospital it is violation of IMC Rules nd Regulations. cleaning of Hospitals is really appreciable. Dr SK Gupta Neuro Surgery is very long experienced doctor and Best doctor in CIMS Mathura. His Behaviour towards patients and Families members truely loveable and disciplined.
