Dr. City Hospital

Very bad, No doctors, very arrogant and illetrate behaviour of Doctors & staff spl Dr. Gaurav, his degree is from Russia, God only knows whether he has passed FMG exam or not. And last but not the least their charges are so high that there 1-2 days bill is not less than 3-4 lac that too with out any facility. They are trying to become another Niyati Hospital. All patients are very much Dis- setisfied.

Very bad hospital by the staff behaviour and which medicines written by the doctor the medical owner doesn't give they give mostly local medicines. Those say them the medicines are local they clash.

All time nursing staff and other staff loudly talking every time day and night all patients feel uncomfortable but patient and attendant can't do anything. And attitude is so rude like and behaviour like that pahle pankha aayega fir bijali ayegi

Good hospital in mathura district doctors are very good. We took treatment under dr Ashish and we r really impressed by his guidance and treatment.

Literally the worst hospital i have seen. My father had a fracture and we rushed to the hospital emergency care, but we waited for 4 hrs in emergency for the doctor to come. No support from staff. They all are just giggling and chatting with each other. No professionalism. No care for Patients!

Worst Hospital, only misguiding patients, admitting everyone in ICU & impossibly rude staff ICU duty doctor himself says that their staff in not learned and attendants shouldn't ask any questions Never to go if you want your patients well being

I am moving one hospital to other for last 2 years because of sick family members. I've not seen worst hospital than this. They charge RS 400 for urine bag and they again charge Rs400 to put the tube of urine bag inside. They are charging RS 8000 for room for one day. No facility for attendents. Worst infrastructure. No hygiene.

Hi this is Subhash, I was going to Agra and I met with an accident near Mathura tall and I was taken to City super hospital Mathura by the Ambulance ( Express ways ambulance) Actually the worst hospital I have ever seen, they did nothing, my head has so many injuries and they didn't check anything and they changed more then the Max hospital. Overall when I requested them to discharge me they took so much time to discharge me because I wanted my further treatment in Delhi. Hospital staff who was very negligent came to me at the time of discharge and started asking my wife for money, saying that you should be thankful to God for your husband is alive. It was really disgusting.
