I am deeply saddened to share that I lost my grandmother shortly after consulting Dr. Pankaj Rastogi. She had undergone several tests, including ECG, 2D Echo, and blood tests--all of which showed irregularities. The Echo report itself highlighted specific areas of concern related to her heart, yet the doctor did not pay enough attention or take adequate follow-up action. Just two days after the consultation, my grandmother tragically passed away due to cardiac arrest. This experience has left our family devastated, and I sincerely hope that more care, attention, and urgency is shown in the future toward critical cases, especially when test reports clearly indicate potential risks. Patients and their families place immense trust in doctors, and it's heartbreaking when that trust is not honored with the seriousness it deserves.
