I would like to share my experience regarding the appointment system at your hospital. The staff allows patients to register their name on call from 7:00 AM, and patients can also directly visit the hospital. However, when I called early and my number was 4 on the list, I was later informed by the staff that I would be sent in after all the patients sitting there, as they had been waiting since 8:30 AM. I respect the staff and understand the patients' wait, but it's unfair for those who register their names early by call as instructed. If the hospital is offering a facility to register names on call, then the order of patients being sent to the doctor should be followed wisely based on the list, whether the patient came by call or walk-in. It would be better if the staff maintains a proper chronological list -- noting both the names received on call and those who come directly -- and then sends patients accordingly. This will avoid confusion, disappointment, and ensure fair treatment to everyone. Kindly look into this issue and improve the system for a better patient experience.
