Dr. The Gastro-Liver Hospital

Very disappointing experience. The clinic staff are extremely rude and unprofessional -- they don't know how to talk to patients and show no basic courtesy. I've been trying to see the doctor for the last three visits, and every time they refuse to give an appointment. Even phone consultations are always "closed" without explanation. The doctor seems more interested in money than in actually helping patients. This level of greed and lack of empathy is unacceptable, especially in healthcare. Would not recommend.

The staff is very arrogant. They don't know how to talk with patients. If you are seconds time coming to hospital it is worst. You will never get an appointment because they welcome only new comers and suddenly they will say seat is full. The worst hospital management ever I have seen.

This hospital has very bad services. The treatment in this hospital is very expensive and the staff is not that good. Just consult the doctor and do not get admitted.

According to the price hospital is not best price is very high and the behaviour of staff is very bad especially mr shailendra is very rude person unhe baat krne ki bilkul bi tameez ni h he was uneducated person in the hospital

One of the WORST hospital and dr and staff, if you want to save your life and money then never visit gastro liver hospital kanpur. They are just looting the money and no proper treatment. V K mishra visits at 11:30 pm kind of late night walk to digest his own food and loot money from IPD patient and no treatment, one of the worst hospital I have ever visited and will never suggest anyone to visit . They will ask to pay electricity bill as well apart from normal inflated charges. Just WORST HOSPITAL. Now I came to know why no insurance company has taken this to it's network hospital

I visited here to get my UPPER GI endoscopy done. Firstly you will have to wait in line to get XRAY done for 300 rupees, which god knows why but it's probably way to make more money in the name of COVID 19. Then we were sent downstairs where again we waited for my endoscopy turn to come. Endoscopy charges were 2250 rupees. After the endoscopy was done, the report was provided after 45 min to 1 hour. Overall okish experience, but management could have been better.

Not good Hospital for Treatment, Instead will suggest Regency Health, Staff is rude, UltraSound assistant feels like he is the owner of hospital, Doctors are not punctual, Dr comes 1 hr late evrytime as said by other patients to, Cheap mentality of staff and money minded business, Dr consultation fees is 1000rs for first time.

The hospital is nice, although there is too much of a crowd here hence it takes a lot of time. You should come here with the intent of spending a few hours at least depending on your appointment. You can take an appointment in the morning on a call and meet the doctor. All the tests are also done here.
