Dr. Regency Multi Super Speciality Hospital - Govind Nagar, Kanpur

Today I visited the Hospital and would like to share my experience with everyone. The staff members are well-trained, polite, and very helpful. One particular instance that stood out to me was a lady--possibly from the security department--who was actively assisting patients in the OPD area by arranging seating for them. Her support was truly appreciated. However, I would like to offer two suggestions for improvement: 1. Seating arrangements should be made available in front of the emergency reception. 2. The internal seat spacing in the OPD waiting area could be increased to improve comfort and accessibility. Overall, my experience was extremely positive, and I commend the team for their efforts in maintaining such high standards of care and service.

Worst experience regarding sevices & knowledge of helping staff who are liable to provide proper guidence to the patient for the facilities avilable in the hospital. They are not aware what test or services are avilable in their hospital. I called to hospital for the EEG test for my brother on 10th March. More than 98% staff not aware about this test is avilable in their hospital. Lastly I came to know from the concern depatment this is avilable , when on 11th I came to hospital for EEG test with my patient. Attendant of concern department send me to go for billing & it will be done here, both the billing ladies refused to deposit the amount for the test & asked to go to tower 1 sarvodaya nagar for this test. This test is not available here. This is the postion held with me. I so frustrated after happening this incidence. I can prove it in the hidden camera. I will never recommend anyone to go to this hospital. Don't go for mental tention unnessary.

With this feedback I would like to represent my gratitude towards Dr. Archana Trivedi who has taken my pregnancy case in her hands and dealt with pure professionally and heart. I felt secured in her hands being last minute case she took full diagnosis of my case and helped me to deal with the same. Her medicational advices and follow-ups helped me alot in my pregnancy. I ended up with choosing C-section. Today my baby is approx one month and we both are healthy and happy. Thankyou Dr. Archana Trivedi from bottom of my heart.

This is the worst hospital in the city. Do not admit your patient here, especially for pregnancy or delivery. 99.9% of the time, they perform surgery without even attempting a normal delivery. If someone insists on a normal delivery, the management pushes to convert it into a surgical case, leading to overpriced treatment--especially NICU charges, which are 20,000 per day, whereas the same NICU services cost only 5,000 per day at another hospital. They add some unnecessary charges in your bill and very rude management ........ Don't get in stay away doing scam in the name of hospitalization

Worst hospital Rude staff No value of timing sometimes they take 7 hours for ultrasound

Worst experience so far. Our appointment was scheduled at 10:24am but get to see the doctor at 12:00 pm, Doctor suggested to go through an ultrasound which is another 2 hours wait. After the 2 hours of long ultrasound process just to consult the report with doctor another 2 hours of wait. And for everything they are charging way more money compare to other hospitals.

Regency health care full medical treatment in one roof fully air-conditioned regency hospital provides best doctor's for your treatment.regency hospital have a good behaviour staff .Hospital takes care of cleanliness .and regency hospital also provide the food for the patient.but some negative point of the hospital . regency hospital not provide the parking area for the patient and attandent parking.

Pathetic Hospital . I was having high fever, went to emergency . They even don't have blanket in emergency section . Doctors are very rude they even don't come to my bed . Pathetic experience
