I had a deeply disappointing experience at this hospital. The staff here are incredibly rude, unprofessional, and lack basic empathy. From the front desk to the nursing team, there was a consistent display of arrogance and indifference. Any questions or concerns were either ignored or met with irritation. What's worse is the complete lack of ownership. No one takes responsibility for delays, miscommunication, or mistakes. When I tried to escalate an issue, I was passed from one person to another with no resolution. It's clear that patient care is not their priority -- it felt more like we were a burden to them than people in need of help.
