I had a family emergency with my mom and it was raining outside, I called him and he said that come to my clinic he will do some tests and will provide online consultation as he was not available. I took my mom to the clinic all drenched up but while reaching the clinic she got kind of stable and I called the doctor to tell him that she feeling good now but I needed to get her tests done in order to check what caused the previous issue but to my surprise this was very unprofessional behaviour from Dr Alok, he rudely said "kahi aur jake dikhwa lo" and he disconnected the call. I was ready to pay whatever amount, I was completely polite to him maintaining the calm in the situation but the behaviour was completely unacceptable Edit: (reply to the doctor's response: With due respect to your contribution to the society, I never denied for any tests, I clearly mentioned on call: "My mom is feeling sort of well at the moment as soon as I reached the clinic, will the tests you mentioned still show the cause?" and that was the moment you abruptly denied and disconnected. The person at the counter knows that I had the QR scanned and the exact amount entered to be paid for the tests, honestly I have no personal grudge with you but you should be more calm and listen to the patient more patiently when they are in distress. Secondly I never asked to write any medication directly, you didn't even gave me a chance to complete my concern.) Anyways, I hope you will not do this with anyone else.
