Dr. Mahanandan Super Speciality Hospital

I am writing on this on behalf of Dr. RC Mishra Sir and would like to state that we had an amazing experience with Mahanandan Hospital, He is an amazing doctor with best in his field. He is an extremely friendly doctor and very supportive. He listens to all your problems very patiently and gives the best suggestion and I would strongly recommend .

I had a very disappointing experience at this hospital. The management is extremely poor and unorganized. Patients are made to sit for long hours without any proper communication. Every time you ask about your turn, the only response you get is "doctor on hold." They don't seem to have any proper system to manage appointments or patient numbers. Waiting here is frustrating and exhausting. Definitely not a hospital I would recommend if you value your time.

Hospital management or services provided by them are very Pathetic. I fee very bad that hospital like Mahanandan is treating patients like they are they are helpless and they have no options other than taking treatment from hospital. I was hospitalised during 11-28th Mar'25 in ICU for stroke treatment and post discharge taking regular follow up for speedy recovery. Doctor's treats patient's like dictators and behave so rudely. My overall experience was very bad and I will not visit in this hospital again in any instances.

My experience here has been quite good. I had the opportunity with Dr. R.C. Mishra, who is considered one of the best doctors in Asia. My experience with him has been excellent. The medical services in the hospital are very good, but some public facilities, which should be available to accompanying persons, are still operational but could be improved further....

Yesterday, I visited Mahanadan Hospital, where I had booked an appointment a few days prior. However, despite having a scheduled appointment, I had to wait for around 3 hours to see the doctor. When I finally met with Dr. R C Mishra, I asked him a couple of questions, but he didn't answer them properly. The doctor's behavior was very rude, and the hospital management was also extremely poor. It's the worst hospital experience I've ever had. After the consultation, the doctor recommended a CT scan, which cost me 8,000. It seems like the hospital's primary goal is to make money, and they don't take any responsibility for their patients. I wouldn't recommend this hospital to anyone because of their focus on maximizing bills. The experience was disappointing.

The staff of the hospital was very helpful and attentive. They took care of me very well, also the food served were good.., my treatment was good and I m very satisfied. Thank you Mahanandan

Attentive staff, nursing, and housekeeping. The hospital is clean and hygienic. The doctor is knowledgeable and polite, always making sure patients are satisfied with their treatment.

My experience at Mahanandan Hospital was truly awful, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. First, I paid Rs. 2100 for a consultation and still had to wait for over 4 hours. Inside the consultation room, the doctor was busy chatting with personal guests during working hours. These guests stayed for 1.5 hours, and the rest of us were left waiting outside, ignored and frustrated. Do our lives and time mean nothing? Then, the doctor rudely shouted at my friend just because he rested his hand on the table while sitting. That was completely unnecessary and humiliating. On top of that, I saw the doctor yell at an elderly man, saying "jaldi aao!" in a tone that was shocking and disrespectful. But what shocked me even more was the lack of trust in medical reports. I am also consulting with another doctor, and according to the reports, there is a clear issue. But the doctor at Mahanandan Hospital casually said, "I don't trust these reports, just take this medicine." No explanation, no proper diagnosis -- just blind prescribing. This kind of attitude is dangerous, irresponsible, and completely unprofessional. Patients go to doctors for care and clarity, not to be insulted or dismissed. Avoid Mahanandan Hospital at all costs. They lack basic courtesy, compassion, and professionalism. Save your time, money, and health -- go somewhere that actually respects patients.
