I visited Synergy Super speciality Hospital Gorakhpur and was very impressed by the care provided. Dr. Alok Tiwari and Dr. Harshit Mishra handled the case with great expertise and compassion. A special thanks to Dr. Saurabh Mishra, who not only managed the case excellently but also took the time to explain everything in detail, which really helped us feel at ease. Need to improvement in cleanliness, and I feel the nursing staff could use a bit more training to communicate better with patients' attendants.

The behaviour of staff including receptionist, Ward boy/girl & specially A Lady Guard whose duty was for HUD WARD on 15 June 2025 at 6:00 PM was very bad. I asked her where is pharmacy but she didn't respond. Actually while on duty she was on call with her family. And I was in hurry to buy medicines for my patient so I argued can't you hear then she replied very rudely that "Aapko dikhayi nahi de raha hai ki mai ghar pe baat kar rahi hu" Now please tell me The manager/Director of Synergy that have you kept them there for hospitality Or You probably don't pay Her( the lady guard at HUD 1st floor) salary.
