I am very satisfied with the services of Regency Hospital, Gorakhpur. The staff here is very helpful and professional. The doctors took their time to understand my problem and gave me the right treatment. The hospital is clean and the arrangements in every department are very good. We got quick service even in emergency. I thank all those people who have made such a good hospital. It is indeed a matter of pride to have a super-speciality hospital of this level in Gorakhpur. Recently visited for a family member's treatment and had a positive experience overall. The hospital is clean, well-organized, and equipped with modern facilities. The cardiology department was systematic, and senior consultants gave proper attention. Reception and billing staff could be more responsive, and OPD areas tend to get crowded--arrive early. Parking is limited during peak hours, but the support staff was helpful.
