This hospital have worst staff so far, icu staff have no clue and rude as well. Theri Response of any question is either silence or don't know. Or they jst say bahr nikaliye. Reception desk have zero interest in admitted patients, management staff is always shouting in hallway. And toilets are dirty like hell. Think 1000 times before going to this hospital.

This hospital is very good in service or treatment....Staff behaviour is nice and very friendly......Dr.Gaurav Tulsyan (urologist)is a fab doctor....His treatment skills is just wow...

First of all seema yadav who is the directorate of this hospital you have to teach all staff and workers that how to behave with patient and patient gardian whenever i came in this hospital whatever i ask to receptionist and some staff they reply too rudly you (seema directorate) know very well that your hospital running cause of ayushman card otherwise no one will enter your hospital there are many best hospital in gorakhpur. So the point is first behave with patient in a humble way.

Lack of knowledge have receptionist they are abusing and blaming each other. Don't know how to run hospital perfectly and if any patient ask about anything they are starting shouting on patient and behave improper way. Worst hospital i have seen ever in my life.
