Garg Hospital's service is terrible. They refused to accept PMJAY card for admission, even for ICU non-surgical cases, and keep on demanding upfront payments for everything. The staff is useless, only focused on money, and the private rooms are infested with mice and cockroaches. There's no space for attendants to sleep, and their tied-up medicine shop sells overpriced, low-quality medicines. Completely unacceptable experience. Avoid this hospital!

The staff seemed overwhelmed and inattentive, and I had difficulty getting clear information about my father care. The facility itself appeared poorly maintained, with dirty waiting areas and outdated equipment. Additionally, the billing process was confusing, and I encountered unexpected charges that were not explained upfront. While I understand healthcare settings can be busy, the lack of communication and organization made the experience extremely frustrating. I hope they address these issues to improve patient care in the future." Lost my father bcoz of these third class people .

Worst hospital and staff. No cleaning, no one cares, no one is available on call specifically in night. Night duty staff prefer sleeping instead of taking care. Everyone is interested in money especially if you deliver baby. No care for mother or child. Only doctors are good. Poor staff and management.
