I recently visited Dr. Ziaul Islam, who is undoubtedly a very good and experienced doctor. However, my experience was negatively impacted by the behavior of the staff, especially the person managing the patient queue, Salman. His attitude was extremely rude and disrespectful. As a receptionist or front-desk staff, professionalism and courtesy are basic expectations, but unfortunately, that was completely missing. Such unprofessional behavior can create unnecessary stress for patients and reflects poorly on the overall experience. I sincerely hope the management takes note of this and ensures better conduct from the staff in the future.

My personal experience with Dr. Umme Khadijah was excellent.. very polite and understanding nature..she explains everything clearly and patiently.. And was available everytime whenever there was a need... Over all a good experience... Highly recommended for gynae related issues or pregnancy..
