Our experience at Manipal Hospital NH 24, Ghaziabad, has been nothing short of exceptional. My wife recently consulted with Dr. Ashutosh Jha for her ACL injury and meniscus issues, and we were incredibly fortunate to have him as her orthopedist. His expertise, clear diagnosis, and personalized treatment plan have been instrumental in her swift recovery. He took the time to thoroughly explain every detail, which reassured us throughout the process. What makes Manipal Hospital stand out is not just the medical expertise but also the overall infrastructure and convenience. The hospital offers a range of facilities all under one roof, including a fully equipped pharmacy, multiple test labs, and X-ray services, which makes it incredibly convenient. For those with kids, there's even a play area that keeps little ones entertained while you wait. The cafeteria offers a good variety of food options, making it easy for family members to relax during long visits. The support staff is polite, efficient, and always ready to assist, ensuring a smooth experience in the OPD and beyond. With all these amenities in one place, Manipal Hospital truly prioritizes patient comfort and convenience. Add in is the radiological department , Vikrant who is working as a radiographer and he has. Done all X-rays with expertise and have in-depth knowledge of his work and very polite in nature .

GDA housekeeping service is also very good and all female staff is very helpful Overall hospital facility is good. Dr Ashish Sharma and Dr Rajeev Verma are exceptionally awesome doctors. Their diagnosis, treatment, approach is diligent and plan everything in such a way that makes a patient and their attendants very comfortable and ensure that they are in the right hands. With regards to hospital facility overall it is good but still can improve on certain things 1. Phone charging points in rooms 2. Considering the cost of rooms meal for 1 attendant should be included along with patients 3. CCTV camera in hospital premises 4. Can add more variety in cafeteria menu

The experience was wholesome.. the dr. (Mr.deepak verma , lavanya) ; The nursing staff(Jai singh, Lakshay, Gayatri,Anita); all were very patient full ,helping and caring during my bad phase. All other staff was also very gud at their respective works. It was really a great experience..but obviously not looking forward to be here again.. By - Vanshika Nagar

I had a very positive experience at Manipal Hospital, especially with Dr. Geetesh from the cardiology department. He conducted my echocardiogram with exceptional care and professionalism. The entire process was done gently and thoroughly, and I truly appreciated the calm and reassuring way he handled everything. Dr. Geetesh has a very kind and respectful approach to patients--he takes time to explain things clearly and made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure. It's rare to find such a compassionate and skilled doctor. Thank you to the team at Manipal Hospital for maintaining such high standards of care.

The doctors are amazing, the nursing staff in the ward is great also. However the nursing staff in the emergency is very rude and the cafeteria which was amazing at the time of this hospital being Columbia asia has come to the nadir and extremely bad. They even charged me for lime water requested for patient in the room. And they have nothing which is actually edible. The ward staff is very caring and helpful however.

My father was recently admitted to your hospital, and I want to sincerely thank the entire medical and nursing team for the excellent care provided during his stay. Very poor administration and zero value for patients' time. I had an appointment booked for 10:00 AM and was specifically told to arrive 10 minutes early. It's 11:13 AM now, and I'm still waiting for the doctor with no proper update or explanation. If appointments are just for formality and patients are left waiting indefinitely, then what's the point? Extremely disappointing experience at Manipal Hospital.
