Dr. Ajanta Heart Care & Diagnostic Centre- PREMIUM ULTRASOUND CENTRE , FETAL ECHO, ADULT ECHO, Cardiologist consult and pathology

I am deeply disappointed with the service I received here. Despite taking an appointment, I had to wait 5-6 hours, which is completely unacceptable. The staff was not only unhelpful but also rude in their behavior. The infrastructure is below average and clearly not equipped to handle the number of patients. I was told over the phone that my number would come around 1 PM. However, when I reached the center at 12 PM, the receptionist informed me that since my payment slip was generated at 12 PM, I would only be allowed to see the doctor after 3 PM. This reasoning is illogical and misleading. If this is your policy, then what is the point of giving appointments in the first place? This experience was not only a waste of time but also mentally exhausting. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves both the process and the behavior of the staff. Also pls not misguide the already suffering patients. Let me know if you'd like to address it to a specific hospital or add more personal details.

I had a bad experience at Ajanta Heart Care and Diagnostic Centre, mainly due to the staff. From my first visit, I found them unprofessional and rude -- especially Jamal and a female staff member. They let patients in as per their own wish, ignoring the token system. My treatment was with Dr. Anurag Singhal, and he was very polite and attentive. He listened carefully and properly checked my reports. I have no complaints about him. However, during my second visit, I had to wait 1 hour 30 minutes just to show my reports, even though I arrived on time. Patients who came after me were sent in before me. Overall, while Dr. Anurag Singhal was excellent, the staff's rude and unorganized behavior left me very disappointed with the overall experience.

Waiting time 2 hours that too for a PREGNANT LADY and called the next day after waiting for 2 hours straight.....next day scan was completed but changed patient name on report. even after booking and pre payment on the previous day, the scan was delayed by 1 hour. Completely dissapointed. Won't recommend to anybody.

Dr. Anurag is one of the most knowledgeable and competent doctor in cardiac field. And most of all, he is humble and a genuinely good human being. I can always count on him for his honest opinion, advice and treatment. Thanks doc.

Hello is the best cardiologist in the field. My father is getting treatment from him for last 10 years and he was life saviour for us.He never misguides his pateint and gives best advice to his patients. Never seen a doctor like him in my Life

I don't know about other people experience but my experience with Dr Anurag was worst. No professionalism he has according to doctor. No proper time & guidance provided to the patient. Even Patient is sitting in front of him & went for ECG. Not satisfactory treatment guidance provided. I don't recommend

Absolutely nonsensical experience. First, they informed me a day before my appointment with Dr. Pooja Garg was scheduled for 8:00 AM the next day. When I arrived at 8:00 AM they said the doctor would be there in five minutes, and I was the only patient present, making me first in the queue. However, the doctor didn't actually arrive until 9:25 AM. Despite reconfirming my number with the staff multiple times, they still placed me last in the queue. What's worse is that patients who arrived after me were seen first. When I questioned the staff about this, they simply said, 'It happens sometimes, please adjust.' Seriously? The staff lacked discipline. As soon as the ultrasound was completed, the doctor immediately left. I had doubts about my reports and wanted to consult with the doctor, but they gave me the report two minutes after she had already left the hospital. The fee for an ultrasound is 1200, which you can get for 1000 at any reputed diagnostic center. I don't think it's worth wasting your money, patience, and time at this unorganized place. Choose wisely.

Dr. Anurag Singhal is a very well experienced and polite and humble doctor I have ever met . He's a person who always focus on the patients health and improvement. And all the facilities and treatment , he's providing to the patients are top graded .
