Dr. Parilok Hospitals & Research Centre Pvt.Ltd.

I had a very disappointing experience at Parilok Hospital, Dhampur (Bijnor). The hospital staff was extremely rude and unprofessional, showing no courtesy or empathy towards patients or attendants. What made it worse was the behavior of Dr. Trapti, who came across as arrogant and dismissive. As a patient, I expected basic respect and understanding, but unfortunately, that was missing here. Would not recommend this hospital based on my visit.

The staff is behaving rudely with us and Dr Tripathi and her husband came out of their cabin and went back to their cabin. Both the doctors neither found any solution to our problem nor took any action on the staff. The staff of parilok hospital is very rude and ignorant and there are no rules in the hospital for visiting the doctor. In future I will not advise any patient to go to parilok hospital.

The doctor is correct but the reception or staff miss behaviour unrespected.

Not want to give any star but giving it -0*. It is not hospital it's hotel. Only hurting good doctor best works towards society. Stupid staff without any knowledge. Charged more than actual amount. Pathetic experience. They will discharge your baby by telling for 2 pm. Then if you tell them same for discharge after 2pm . They will tell you Dr Tripti will see u on 3pm. No time management if you argue then rude and stupid staff including Dr Tripti . Will not see your baby on discharged. This last thing as a doctor is too much in my experience. I don't recommend this HOTEL.

Reception lady is useless. You call to ask which number is currently running, and she doesn't even help answer basic questions. Doctor is useless, because she sees this profession as a business, she writes so many medicines and has her own medical store to purchase from. It's unfortunate there are no good doctors around.

I paid 8000 for 8 hours only (3000room+5000medice/ doctor)and when asking for bill they didn't provide any of single bill. Whole staff asking why you need bill? They ask you to purchase medicine and more medicine to generate profit.staff stole medice.when i was there one of nusre on first floor ask me to purchase some injection and she used some of them rest she keeps when i asked where you bringing those she said "bad me lagega" and that bad never comes. I complaint to staff no action as expected. It's my right to have all bills and bifercation of amount i paid. They are behaving like businessman. Dr. Tripti Singh is the best Doctor for Children.... She is very polite and wonderful Person Highly Recommend her for Children. Best Doctor..

Very bad experience of this Dr My child admit she says everytime everything is ok no worry and after 4 days bill around 30000 and she reffer another hospital Very Bad service
