I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the unacceptable condition of the facilities and the poor quality of service at your hospital. During my stay at your facility, I encountered several issues that have made my experience extremely uncomfortable and disappointing. Firstly, the room I was assigned to had malfunctioning door locks and an air conditioning system that was not working at all. These basic amenities are essential for I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the facilities and service at your hospital. The room I was assigned had faulty door locks and an air conditioning system that didn't work. Additionally, the room was dirty, which raised concerns about hygiene standards. I was also disappointed with the behavior of the staff, who frequently entered my private room without knocking. This lack of respect for privacy is unacceptable. Considering the high charges, I expected much better service, but the conditions were not worth the price. I urge you to address these issues promptly to ensure better care and professionalism in the future.

A few days ago my father had a minor heart attack. And all thanks to the doctor for giving his service, and controlling my dad's situation. We are really grateful to BK Heart hospital. Thank you so much
