My experience in this hospital has been terrible, horrible and pathetic. I got admitted here for a day. Booked a private room where they charged a fee equivalent to checking in a 5-start hotel but the room didn't even have basic cleanliness. The toilet was dirty, there were mosquitos in the room, the walls were dirty and it looked like they hadn't been painted in years. Asked for all out but they didn't even provide it. Asked for AC remote but even that was not available. It was pure chaos, nobody knew what was happening. The staff's behaviour and empathy towards the patient was way below par. Will strictly not recommend this hospital. It's absolutely the worst.

It was pathetic, we met with an car accident as immediately rush to vinayak hospital as recommended by cab driver. The doctor was nice but the staff and nurses were very rude. They charged us 40000 only for stitches only. Also did not give any medicine, prescription. Fir concern Manager and seniors were absent. Even stitches not done perfectly. I have paid everything extra for medicines, for test even for doctor gloves don't know why it was bought as they did not use it at all. No monitor was used and charged for that. I had three bags, i requested staff to allow my bag inside ward as all were injured but staff was so rude and did not allow by saying that we have CCTV installed you don't need to worry. But at the time of leaving one bag was lost. I asked the staff to check CCTV, they said person is not available and did not support at all. We had to loose our ultimately. I would never ever recommended this hospital to anyone rather go to govt hospital. Pathetic service

Vinayak hospital medical services are awesome and one of the important fact is that all the staff and doctors are friendly by nature and treat patients with positive attitude.

Everything is ok but need some improvement in your TPA department there is need some trained employees in tpa or politely now there is very poor quality staff in tpa no idea how to work but shown as a very well knowledger so request to admin pls recruit a well knowledger employees who process fairly .. On the basis of tpa there is very poor services pls nobody come on the basis of tpa claim in this hospital

Dr. harsha vardhan was a wonderful surgeon, and the staff was always helpful and kind. They ensured I had a smooth prep, surgery, and follow-up. I am so glad I chose (vinayak hospital ) and would highly recommend to anyone thank you so much Dr harsha vardhan sir

Very nice hospital,well disciplined and polite staff. Dr. Harsh Vardhan Sir and their staff treats very well to patient and they are polite too. If anyone have any problem can visit this hospital for good treatment.

Good night staff but worst doctor and day staff. Never consult doctor puneet aggarwal he is worst doctor I ever seen. Being a doctor they should not only focus on giving medicines to patient but also encourage them. If Doctor only starts saying negative things about patient progress and scold them, how come patients survive the environment. My father had serious lung infection and this doctor keep on saying negative words in front of him only despite my father was already very depressed and stressed out of his health condition. And one day he said so bad words that my father lost all hope of survival and removed all oxygen wires by himself and died within few hours. A doctor, along with medicine should also consider patient mental condition as well. With tears in my eyes, I pray God that he should also face same suitation and one day feel helpless for his near and dear one like we trusted him and left our dad on his end.

Dr Harsh Vardhan ji has a very good attitude towards the patient. And the treatment being done by them is very good and the tests were also done at a very low cost but a night attendant doctor who is in the journal ward does duty by drinking alcohol at night and misbehaive with the patient. Or There is a nurse who does the patient a favor by doing night duty because she should have been an AC maintainer not a nurse because both she and the night doctor agree. both of you were on duty
