Dr Ram Sir khushwa Kindly look Complaint About Appointment Delay and Poor Experience Dear [Clinic/Hospital Name or Manager's Name], I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received today. I booked my appointment for 8:00 AM, but the staff told me my actual appointment time was 2:00 PM. However, even at 2:45 PM, I was still waiting, and the status on the waiting list had not changed. Meanwhile, I noticed other customers with similar references were already visiting the doctor. I was also informed that the doctor's timing was 12:00 PM, but the doctor only arrived at 1:30 PM. If this is the case, the staff should provide accurate and honest timing to patients rather than giving incorrect or misleading information. This has been a very bad experience. I would like to know: Why was I given the wrong appointment time? Why did I have to wait so long? How long is the usual waiting time? Kindly look into this matter seriously and ensure that future patients are treated with proper communication and respect.

A hospital with huge names and biggest doctors of bareilly but Third class management,Unhygenic conditions. The hospital is not even fully functional , As a hospital it fails , No proper reception except counters for billing And to add more to it the sweeper was cleaning the floor with water directly from the water cooler meant for driking

Poor facilities and high charges. No responsibility from any staff. Without any major problem u will be shifted to ICU. Icu staffs will not response to any patient not to their attendent. I'll not recommend this hospital to anyone.

Canteen food is very nice and hygienic..first time dekhi Bareilly mein aisi facility.

Doctor and nursing staff all are un experience. All doctor and specially TPA staff uneducated. Don't go for treatment They are only interested in money They kept a dead patient for three days just for money

Staff at HDU is very inexperienced in Vedanta Hospital. They are not even able to find the nurve. They only knows to laugh on the patients who are in difficulty. Nursing staff is very bad

Doctors are good but staff is bad very bad they can also risk your life

Very Bad hospital.....they don't have proper staff and they should give some training to their staff so that they can understand how to talk with patient and their family members. Doctor is good but their services is very pathetic.whole hospital have only one lift for patients,nurse, staff and others. They are just money making people
