Staff behavior is very poor not at all cooperative. No management what so ever. Expects a little more management at a doctor's clinic. These doctors have written the time to dial the number as 10 am in the morning, but if you call at the correct 10 am to dial the number, their staff will tell you 40 or 42. Then they force you to come to the emergency department. People coming from outside pay emergency fees under compulsion. The entire staff talks to them rudely and is ready to fight. They cheat patients in the name of treatment. There is no one more useless than Dr. Rajat in Bareilly.

Dr Rajat's consultation fee Rs 1000 is very high and restricted for one visit only. If a patient seeks about the results of treatment the next day he has to pay Rs 1000 again. Not professionally so well but only a money chaser. The staff is totally rude.

Dr. Rajat is amazing at his profession. He is approachable, kind and understanding. I had a life threatening health problem and he is healing me fantastically. I am so grateful to him God bless you sir.

Dr. is very polite behaviour, he always listen patient problems properly but staff is very rough, unbehavioural and pathmetic .

He is a very useless doctor, he doesn't even treat the patient properly, he even forces other tests to be done where the commission is set. And Board May Degrere took on board.
