Had an appointment with Dr. Ankur garg He is very polite in nature but their staff has very unacceptable behaviour towards their patients specially, I personally felt like they haven't even completed their basic education, how to talk with patient

One of the worst hospital I've ever seen. Practitioners are inexperienced, they shift normal patient toh the ICU ward to make money. I'll never suggest anyone for this hospital.

One of the oldest hospitals in Bareilly but one of the worst hospitals too.. they don't take any serious cases.. they just refer them to Delhi. Now just think around what is the use of referring someone to Delhi if that patient is in critical condition. Minimum time to reach Delhi is 4 hr.. this is a question to this hospital having such a panel of dr. Where they can't treat someone critical and just refer to them to Delhi

It was a missionary and charitable hospital in the beginning, this hospital was started at the British time by the British empire. That's why this is a very old hospital, but now a days it has changed to private hospital and the owner is making money from this missionary hospital. That is not a good symbol. If you are poor then you can't go and not get appointment easily. You have to pay full fee of doctors and hospital. I am disappointed because of this. But the doctors are good and hospital is clean and big. This hospital is located at chowky choraha near ratan deep complex. That's why view of the hospital is nice, this hospital has a Indoor park so you can walk and play ...

It was very good hospital before 30 years but now there is no hospitality like hospital untrained nurses pathetic management, no facility of water in general bard, washroom was very dirty. No R.O. water in hospital all patients getting water from tap, patients are calling but nobody pay attention towards him like nurses they very busy in her cellphone and video call to friends. No proper fans facility for patients in general bard. I was very sad to see it when I went to complain for no water in bard than I saw the maintenance department head was sleeping in A.C. room at 01:39am. No service's like hospital .

Please don't take any heart patient to this hospital. Very bad treatment they give.. Dr Khandelwal pathetic doctor till now i have seen. No humanity no courtesy of talking to patient family member. Please very bad experience I had when my dad was admitted. At the end I lost my dad. I curse myself why i admitted him in this hospital. Where death is game for them.
