Very bad management. Very very bad. The doctor sleeps most of the times. The staff is very unprofessional and stupid. It is 42 degrees outside and there is literally no arrangement. Patients can only go in the room if they are about to Get the consultation. Please note not in the doctor's room but general opd waiting room. Very very very bad management. Pathetic

I visited Dr Alok for second opinion and to clear out the doubts we have in chest x ray report of my spouse and honestly I was amazed to see the experience we had after talking to Dr. He is very genuine and kind personality. He responded very nicely on our questions and doubts. Post discussion he refunded our consultation fee also as he mentioned that he didn't do much worth consultation fees for this advise. In current Era very rare to see such gesture from a Dr. My wife & myself got impressed and would recommend to everyone.

Dr saheb is so gud,out family doctor too,and he look like jitendra :)

Dr Alok Gupta is Very good doctor, fees is 600 Rs for 10 days.
