Dr. Upadhyay Hospital - Best Hospital in Agra

Hello, ,I have visited first time in upadhyay hospital Agra for my mother treatment & I am sharing my first experience about upadhyay hospital Agra.we have taken 7 days treatment here, room is 205 so in simple words overall treatment is good with satisfaction all doctors & staff nurses r so humble & experienced . Especially thanks to Dr.Rajeev Upadhyay sir & dr.Shubham & team provided better treatment to my mother & thanks to nursing staff Anjali she is having soft & server nature & dedicated for her nursing work . overall experience is good. Thanks to Upadhyay hospital for better treatment.

Dr Rajeev upadhyay,s journey is incredible, it is incredible because he developed an ecosystem where value based care flourish in an environment where volumes are waiting for cure. We are availing his services from last 20 years. Step by step we saw the inculcation of latest industry based techniques and evidence based practices. Undoubtedly this place is inching towards setting up new standards of immaculate health care and nursing standards for agra metropolitan region. I am also thankful to doctor Abira, her teammates Jyoti and Kedar for adding new feel good in the therepy by adding this compassion in their behaviour.

Excellent care and service! The doctors and nurses were very attentive and made sure l was comfortable throughout my stay.I was impressed by the cleanliness and organization of the hospital. The staff were friendly and helpful.

2 star just for Dr. Neha Upadhyay ma'am otherwise I would have given 0 star. There was no proper arranged staff, the workers were lazy, no proper timely information was provided... We kept asking about our baby's jaundice condition, if she was having jaundice or not.. And for this 2 different pediatricians came, both of them came just for a second, gave their card, number, clinic address and told us to come there. And just for the 2 sec faltu visit we were charged 1500 per head. Today after 3 days, we went to another pediatrician ,she just after having a look at my baby , quickly shifted her to NIUC. Worst hospital and experience because of careless irresponsible staff and poor management.

Upadhyay hospitals have a positive experience the staff is Courtetous and the facilities are clean and well maintenance the doctor are knowledgeable and take the time to address my concerns overall a good health care experience. So thank you Dr neha mam good GYINICK

Hospital staff is very good. Dr Rajeev Upadhyay best treatment and behaviour. Canteen food is good. It's very good at serving and best for their other's health and they provide quality care to patients. Thank you

Overall the treatment is good. Nursing staff behaved so calmly and in mannered. But in hygeine there's a problem no handwash not even a bar is available for cleaning hands outside bathroom after complaining there no action was taken. Reception staff need to b recruited little bit wise and with calm tempre.
