Review for Dr. Mayank Jain - A Life-Saving Experience I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Mayank Jain and his dedicated team at Synergyplus Hospital for saving my life after a serious road accident. After initially receiving treatment elsewhere with some improvement, I approached Dr. Jain for his expert opinion. From the very first interaction, his clarity in communication, and genuine concern for my condition gave me immense confidence. Without delay, he and his team took charge and performed a major abdominal surgery that proved to be life-saving. It's been nearly one and a half months since the operation, and thanks to his skill and care, I am back to leading a normal life. Throughout the treatment and recovery process, Dr. Jain was not just a brilliant surgeon but also a source of comfort and hope. His empathy, patience, and kindness made a difficult time much more bearable. Words will never be enough to thank him for the exceptional care and attention I received. I am truly fortunate to have been under his care, and I would highly recommend Dr. Mayank Jain and his team to anyone in need of skilled and compassionate surgical treatment.

Isolation ICU room condition is very bad. Charge is very high and separate charge for every thing.. never recommend. Few doctors and few nursing staff is good.. mostly are treating like govt employees.

Hospitals should be very hygiene. But as you can see in my attached photos synergy plus hospital is not that much clean. Waiting lounge is very dirty, not maintained, management is not that good. Registration Counter staff is used to busy in their mobile phones. Changes are very important in this hospital. Reply to the owner- Sir, i deleted the wrong picture from my attachment. And don't mention me what's good or bad. I wrote a real review people can check latest pictures. I posted what i felt there. You should work on cleanliness of your hospital.

Extremely disappointing experience with the hospital and staff. The staff and TPA were rude and even shouted when asked about the insurance claim. They refused to admit the patient. Their behavior was unacceptable--completely unprofessional. Please be cautious and don't be misled by fake positive reviews.

Being a Chemotherapy patient, am coming here since December2024, There is no AC/Cooler in female ward, I believe Chemotherapy should be transfuse in AC room, atleast room should have a Cooler. Very bad experience All other furniture's kept on vacant beds. This would be carring infection. Requested to authorities to look it Thanks

I recently visited the hospital for gallbladder surgery, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. From the very beginning, things were disorganized. When I arrived, there was no reception or clear guidance on where to go. I had to search for someone to provide information about the doctor and a rough estimate of the surgery costs, which was frustrating and time-consuming. To make matters worse, the staff I interacted with were rude and unhelpful. Their attitude made an already stressful situation even more difficult. Additionally, the hygiene standards were poor, which raised serious concerns for me as a patient. Overall, I was extremely disappointed with the entire experience. I would not recommend this hospital to anyone, and I regret choosing it for my surgery. It was a mistake I deeply regret, and I hope others can learn from my experience.

The doctor's behaviour is very bad. He does not talk properly. He is only interested in money. He asks for money on every small thing.

AC. Private room service's all good and staff is very copretive. Very exceprince neetu yadav,vimlesh are having a good behaviour towards patient and theri relatives.hospital experience is so good and good staff
