Best in class staff in the advertisement department only, rest are non responsive and non professional. Only want to suck money out of patient but zero accountability. Claim to be the best in north India but can't handle even slightly complex cases refers to other hospitals within the city. Puts their record on priority won't even admit if the case is risky.

Only money matters to them, no responsibility for patients, staff is rude and acts like doctors. Doctor are arrogant and won't even attend in emergency. They don't care about patient but only money.

I wish I could post 0,this hospital is a money making factory , my mom admitted with infection around throat and not able to breathe, their staff and doctors not equipped with correct device and training. They treat patient as how much maximum money they can get from insurance and patients not sense to duty to save the patient. My dad being handicapped.my mother didn't know much, she passed away in an hour and they kept her dead body putting on ventilator, faking was alive and breathing .they cover the hand feet with cotton so you can not see stiffness, body was turning black on 3rd day in icu.when we asked to take the records to take her to another hospital,they created the scene of cardiac arrest and gave cpr to dead body and then declare her dead once we request the records within couple of hours Government should close this hospital and should do court case on them. The Owner BD Agarwal Trained your staff sense to duty to save them send them alive. Their staff and doctors are not honest and not trained to work in hospital. Staff at Delhi airport restrooms do better job Owner MR Agarwal remember life is cycle and Karma . It will come back to you if you run the medical facility with this intention. They didn't provide me any documents, that's what I feel that happed
