Dr. Nayati Hospital - Trauma & Acute Care Centre

Super clean hospital with great facilities. Didnt check with any doctor here but seems good. Went to get X-ray and US done fr my son and both in total cost me 1000 Rs. Consultation charges here are 250 Rs only which is awesome...Yahan zindagi keemti hai ilaaj nahi..

I am very happy with there hospitality. I visit there every week for my brother dialysis and i personally recommend this for dialysis. And the staff is very polite and friendly i am just very happy with there staff.

I got one of my close relative admitted to this hospital on recommendation of a doctor friend but my experience has been far from satisfactory.after a single visit in the morning doctors are unavailable and perhaps don't even bother whether subordinate staff is carrying out their instructions.my patient has to wait for seven hours after the doctor visit to get his medicine. .doctors don't pick up the phone,reception desk doesn't respond.one finds oneself totally helpless and neglected in such situation. Very poor return for all your investment.

I am presently admitted in hospital for covid treatment.i m having hiccups since 3.30 pm tommorow. Today doctor visited at 12 am and advised 2 tablate but till now 5.40 pm ,they have not arrnanged the medicine even .I m facing almost continuous hiccups. Same was last day for dexron. Doctors are good, polite nd caring,but staff do not follow clinical instruction. I have arranged homeopathy medicine from outside but they are not getting in. I have never taken tea since last 8 year ,so I requested cofffe or milk instead of tea but they neither denied not provide since 2days... Hospital ambience, cleanliness is good...but poor subordinate management makes thing worse...

My younger sister, 60 yrs of age,having been tested positive for Covid 19 was faced with severe physical conditions viz low oxygen level and associated issues. I called up the hospital late in the morning on 14 Oct'20 . The call was taken by Neeraj and thereafter miracles happened.... ambulance reported within few minutes of the call....on arrival she was immediately put under intensive care...no delays what so ever and without waiting for "funds etc"....I took little time to add the hospital as a beneficiary for online transfer of money. The response of front desk, the members of the office ,ward staff and the Medical specialists to name a few Drs. Utpal Sharma, Neeraj Sharma, Amit, Rohit and Praful (billing section) has been examplary and divine. Courtesy the care at Nayati Hospital, Agra my sister has recovered (Covid 19 -ve) and is back home . I am grateful to one and all at this great institute. God bless.

Poor management, all helpline numbers including emergency contact number is switched off. Once the patient is admitted you cannot reach him or hospital staff, no reception or helpdesk number. Hospital staff only make call for money otherwise they do not bother to respond your call or provide current condition of the patient. I SUGGEST choose this hospital only if other hospital are closed.

This hospital is new and not fully equipped, hospital claims to handle all emergency cases, but Actually they don't have specialties like Neurology & Neuro surgery etc. So they can't handled brain stroke/attacks related emergency. And they waste your valuable time in that emergency. Also, by chance if you come here in emergency, hospital staff will develop fear on you & force you to send your patient to their mathura's hospital by their ambulance for treatment. Plus they will make a big amount of bill. Pls, Go to any other big hospital in Agra, where all facilities are available in Emergency. and do not come to Nayati hospital to waste your time in emergency.

Poor experience. They don't bothered about your paptient. I was calling to nyati hospital for kidney treatment, but they are not responding. Only once in 10 times they picked my call and transferred to the weong dept , Everytime they just discconecting my number. Now I am in doubt, weather to go this hospital or not, they are very careless on phone.
