I recently visited Hridayam Hospital for a routine health checkup for my friend's father. The cleanliness of the hospital was commendable, and the staff was very supportive and professional. However, I was a bit disappointed when Dr. Deepak Agarwal, who was supposed to arrive at 3:00 PM, reached at 3:45 PM. Despite the delay, I was thoroughly impressed after meeting him. He took great care in attending to his patients and provided a detailed explanation of the ongoing treatment, which really cheered me up. I recently accompanied a friend to Hridayam Hospital for his father's regular health checkup, and I was quite impressed with the overall experience. First and foremost, the cleanliness at the hospital stood out. Every area, from the waiting lounge to the consultation rooms, was well-maintained, which instantly created a positive impression. Hygiene is a big concern in hospitals, and Hridayam Hospital did not disappoint in this regard. The staff was equally impressive. They were approachable, attentive, and quick to offer assistance whenever required. Their professionalism made the experience smooth and hassle-free, ensuring that we felt well-cared for throughout the visit. However, one aspect that could use some improvement was the timing of the doctor's arrival. Dr. Deepak Agarwal was scheduled to arrive at 3:00 PM, but he only reached the hospital around 3:45 PM, which caused a bit of frustration at the time. But I must say, the wait was worth it. When we finally met him, I was pleased with how thorough and attentive he was. Dr. Agarwal took the time to explain the ongoing treatment in detail, which really reassured us. Despite the delay, I left feeling positive about the level of care and professionalism at Hridayam Hospital.

Do not admit your patients in this hospital, since they are not following nabh rules, nor giving invoices to your payments, they forced to do payments in cash........and whenever any causality happened in this hospital, doctor and management will try to expel you and your patient without proper documentation.......... Doctor behaviour is just like gunda type and also don't know how to explain a disease and it's prognosis........just say your patient is serious....but not able to explain course of disease., making patient's attendant panic .....just try to empty your pocket...........shame to the doctor for using this noble profession to becoming rich ......pathetic bahaviour of doc. Deepak Agrawal.......making nonsense excuses......
