I visited this orthopedic doctor with the hope of receiving professional care, but unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. From the beginning, the doctor came across as very rude and dismissive. Instead of patiently listening to my concerns, I felt rushed and judged for asking basic questions about my condition and treatment. What was even more concerning was the way the consultation seemed more focused on pushing unnecessary tests and expensive treatments rather than offering genuine advice. It gave the impression that profit was more important than patient well-being. Medical care should be compassionate and transparent -- sadly, this visit was neither. I consulted Dr. Anupam for my grandmother's arthritis. The consultation process was highly chaotic and unsatisfactory 1. We were literally forced by the doctor and the staff for getting the tests done from the lab that they had a tie up with. 2. When I paid the receptionist 1000 for a fees of 700, the staff was not willing to return the change even when they had it, so as to stop us from leaving the hospital without getting the tests done.
