Horrible experience!! I had high hopes when i chose centre for sight for my father in law eye surgery (Patient name - MR. LAKHAN SINGH ) surgery done by Dr. RISHABH CHAND & Dr. RAMACHANDRAN. But unfortunately the outcome has been extremely disappointing. No relief from original symptoms and in some ways, things have been worsened. This experience has not only been physically frustrating but also emotionally draining. I spent a lot of money, took time off work, and put my trust in this hospital and u feel completely let down. I would urge anyone considering treatment here to think twice, ask detailed questions and don't rely on vague promises. I Hope the hospital takes patient feedback more seriously and improves its approach to both care and communication.

Wonderfull staff, highly cooperative, helpful n pleasant.Dr Rishab expert in his field.room next to OT was loudly, staff was discussing in high pitch , which was irritating. Rest is good.,Counselor is pleasant, prompt n helpful. Wish you all a great success

All good staff and doctor Patients should be relax and clam Lees fees more big work Opd doctors are take less time with patients and done well it according to conditions. Better than all other eye center in agra. But no canteen in hospital I suggest provide once in hospital.

I would like to put on record my experience with the CFS- It's been an excellent experience. All round good experience . Dr Rishab who operated me was a professional expert & an excellent human. Cleanliness matters & it was indeed very good. Experience was enjoyable. I felt at home. The above experience is not complete. The CFS will definitely fly high in the Country. Everybody there was super awesome. I could not have asked for more. I would like to thank the entire team of doctors & staff for being very professional & courteous.

Very poor and inefficient management team. Horrible scheduling process. Make patients wait for 4-5 hours. Also, no one clearly communicates when medicines should be taken prior to the procedure. A new and capable management team can work wonders.

Very poor managenent team, tgey give no clarity on scheduling operations. Rhink patients' and their families' time is not worth anything. Tgey make you wait for 4-5 hours for a 10 min procedure. Very poor managenent team.
